I believe that we each have unique and innate wisdom. Sometimes, we just forget or were never taught how to hear that wisdom. You are the expert on you-- I am simply here to support you as you reconnect to yourself. Along the way, I will offer curiosity, resources, skills, and observations. You can take what works and leave the rest. I support expansive identities-- I believe in challenging the status quo and exploring all modes of being with both acceptance and curiosity. Whether you are perfectly settled in your identity or wishing to explore it, you are safe with me. This includes people with expansive gender and sexual identities, as well as neurodivergent folks. I show up for my clients with authenticity, compassion, warmth, and humor. I help clients explore their thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and goals; I empower them to make choices and develop skills that best suit their needs. I point out your strengths and growth, and offer support along the way. My work focuses on adults experiencing challenges pertaining to anxiety, depression, gender, sexuality, relationships, and life transitions. I also work with folks who are exploring or practicing ethical non-monogamy/polyamory. ADDITIONAL DETAILS I offer telehealth and in-person sessions. I am contracted with a few insurance companies, can provide superbills for those wishing to utilize an insurance I am not contracted with, and I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots for folks paying out of pocket.
